Industrial Electronic Supply, Inc. (IES) is a privately owned regional distributor specializing in industrial controls, automation, drives, power distribution, and instrumentation.

We’ve been delivering quality products, supported by superior service, for more than 55 years, and currently have stocking locations across five states, including Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Oklahoma, and Texas.

For the most part, IES employees work Monday through Friday.? Working weekends is rare, and it is almost unheard of to miss a holiday with your family.??

  • Competitive salary –? plus commissions and profit sharing (as applicable)
  • Health Insurance –? IES pays 80% of the employee premium and 50% of the family premium
  • Life Insurance – $15,000 policy included with health coverage for eligible employees
  • Long-Term Disability Insurance – IES pays 100% of the premium for employees with 5 or more years of employment to protect against loss of income because of illness or injury.
  • 401(k) – IES provides a 401(k) plan with employer matching for eligible, full-time employees after one year of employment, as well as available profit-sharing
  • Vacation & Holidays – Full-time employees enjoy nine paid holidays each year, plus paid vacation time after the first full year of employment.?
  • Community Service Day – Employees may request 1 additional paid day off each year to serve the volunteer program of their choosing.
